CANCELLATION POLICY

BOOKING POLICIES Cancellations • Cancellations within 48 hours will not be able to transfer the retainer. • A 75% non-refundable retainer is required to rebook after a late cancellation. Late / No-Show • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. • After 10 minutes, the appointment is a no-call/no-show. Confirmation • Appointments must be confirmed within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation text. Service Changes • You are responsible for the full service booked, even if you choose to remove part of it at your appointment. Emergencies • Emergencies must be communicated. • Fees may be waived at my discretion for non-repetitive situations. Retainer & Card on File • A card on file and 50% service fee retainer are required to book. • Retainers are non-refundable but transferable with 48+ hours notice. Guests • No additional guests allowed. SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS •If you cancel 48 hours or less before your Saturday appointment, your retainer cannot be transferred. •There is a 5 minute grace period on Saturday’s, after that you’re considered a no show.
