CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLING: If you need to cancel your appointment please notify me atleast 72 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you cancel your appointment after the 48 hour period you will be required to pay a nonrefundable deposit in order to rebook, the deposit will be 50% of your service fee. You will be required to pay a cancellation fee of 50% of your service fee. LATE: You will be given a 10 minute grace period. If 10 minutes has passed and you have failed to arrive you will be considered a no call no show. This will result in you being charged the last minute cancellation fee of $50. You will also have to pay 100% of your service fee up front before booking again. CONFIRMING APPOINTMENT: You will receive a text 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. You have 24 hours after recieving your text to confirm your appointment. If your appointment has not been confirmed then it will automatically be cancelled. “I CHANGED MY MIND” This appointment was specifically booked for you and the services that you requested. If you arrive to your appointment and decide that you want the entire service that was booked, you will still be required to pay for it. Another appointment could’ve been booked during that time! For example: If you book a customized facial plus eyebrow lamination then, show up and only want eyebrow lamination. You will be required to pay for the facial. “WHAT IF I HAVE AN EMERGENCY?” I totally understand that life happens. I try to be as forgiving as possible! However, you must communicate with me! As long as your “emergencies” aren’t repetitive the cancellation fees will be waived! CARD ON FILE Each client will be required to have a card on file. RETAINER To reserve an appointment spot you must put down the appropriate retainer. This retainer is non-refundable! However, it can be transferred to another appointment time if you notify me atleast 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. NO GUESTS ALLOWED Due to the nature of my services and the size of my space I do not allow extra guests.
