CANCELLATION POLICY

BOOKING POLICIES Cancellations • Please cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours in advance. • Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 30% of the service total. • A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to rebook after a late cancellation. Late / No-Show • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. • After 10 minutes, the appointment is a no-call/no-show. • No-shows are charged 30% and will not be allowed to book a future appointment. Confirmation • Appointments must be confirmed within 24 hours of the confirmation text. • Unconfirmed appointments will be automatically cancelled and charged a 30% fee. Service Changes • You are responsible for the full service booked, even if you choose to remove part of it at your appointment. Emergencies • Emergencies must be communicated. • Fees may be waived at my discretion for non-repetitive situations. Retainer & Card on File • A card on file and retainer are required to book. • Retainers are non-refundable but transferable with 72+ hours notice. Guests • No additional guests allowed.
